*For orders below JPY 40,000, a minimum commission fee of JPY 4,000 will be charged.

If you purchase concert tickets, sports tickets, or theater tickets, your payment must be quick.

Otherwise,you would miss the chance.

In that case,payment via PayPal,WISE or Revolut will be highly preferable.

*5% PayPal fee applies. 2% WISE or Revolut fee applies.

2)Bank-Wire-Transfer

Suitable for customers who don't have PayPal,WISE,Revolut account or those placing bulk orders.

JPY 4,000 interbank transfer fee applies.

Shipping

1.Concert Tickets

We usually send concert tickets to your hotel in Japan, as most tickets are issued shortly before the concert date.

This is the cheapest and safest option.

2.Other Items

We ship non-ticket items worldwide using International ePacket or EMS (Japan Post). These methods are fast, secure, and trackable.

Other shipping options such as AIR, SAL, SURFACE, FedEx, or DHL are available upon request, depending on the item and your preference.

For all intenational orders,customers are responsible for paying tariff or import duties,if needed.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

We can also deliver your order directly to your hotel in Japan.

Direct delivery to accommodations in Tokyo is available.

You can cancel your order at any time before payment.

However, once we receive your payment and have purchased the items, cancellations are not possible.
